As an area native, I can share my extensive knowledge and lifelong love of  Chapel Hill, Durham and Hillsborough with my clients and their families when they come to me looking for a new home or to sell their exisisting home. And I often partner with another agent to provide the most comprehensive care  for my client..a team approach. 

I have served on various boards and continue to be a community activist; I was in retail including owning a bookstore.  This allows me to bring a unique set of experiences to the table for the benefit of new families to the area or to residents looking to upgrade or downsize.

     I was raised in a family whose business was construction.  I have come full circle becoming involved with house renovations as well as the restoration of historic properties for myself and for clients. My active participation in the decision-making processes during renovations and restorations allows me to bring that expertise to my clients when they are interested in a property that needs updating or historic restoration. I take great pride in my ability to find the right home for my clients or the right family for a client’s home.

     Above all, it has been most rewarding to have so many of my clients become good friends and to have them return to me for help and advice in finding a new home when that time comes.
