When
you grow up with three sisters and two brothers
as I did,
you learn at a young
age values and attitudes that you carry throughout
life. You learn to listen carefully, to pay attention,
to appreciate attention being directed to you.
You learn to laugh….at yourself and with
the others (but not with your mouth full of food
at the dinner table).
You learn to share, to be
fair, and to value loyalty and friendship. You
learn to be on time (or you will miss your turn
or maybe your dinner).
Your "word" becomes your "action".
You understand the meaning of being home. …..and
then you grow up, get married, have a family,
own a real estate company, and practice all the
things you've learned with the people you meet.
