30 days of residency in North Carolina. In Orange
County, applications for registration and information
changes are available at the following locations:

Public Library
- Orange
County Public Library
- Davis
Library at UNC
- Department
of Motor Vehicles
Completed
applications may be left at one of the above locations
or mailed to:
